Ecoloclean of Texas, Inc. Receives Service Agreement and Contract



CRYSTAL CITY, Texas, July 22  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Ecoloclean of Texas,
Inc., a division of Ecoloclean Industries, Inc. (OTC:ECCI) (BULLETIN BOARD:
ECCI) , announced today that it has received a Service Agreement and contract
with a global paper provider.  The Service Agreement allows Ecoloclean to be
placed on an approved vendors list for bidding on any projects with this global
paper provider where remediation of waste by- products may be necessary.  As a
result of this Service Agreement, Ecoloclean of Texas, Inc. has been awarded a
contract to dredge a lagoon in Texas that is 260 feet in length, 80 feet and
157 feet in width, and 12 feet deep.  The project is expected to last 8 days.

The lagoon location is at the site of a forest products mill where timber is
chipped and put in boxcars and ultimately shipped to the paper processing
plant.  This mill generates ash and residue (sludge) from boiler operations,
which is washed to settling lagoons, or pits.  In order to remain in compliance
with federal regulations, the sludge at the bottom of the lined pits must be
remediated periodically to deter build-up.  Ecoloclean will dredge the lagoon
where the bark, ash residue and wood chips lie and place them in a dewatering
enclosure.  This enclosure is an environmental product designed to dewater
sludge from wastewater generated in industrial productions.

may bid, and the Company is currently reviewing three other dredging projects
for this global paper provider.
