Inc., Receives Three Master Service Agreements 


CRYSTAL CITY, Texas, Oct. 25  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Reliant Drilling
Systems, Inc. (RDS), a subsidiary of Ecoloclean Industries, Inc. (OTC:ECCI)
(BULLETIN BOARD: ECCI) , announced today that it has received three Master
Service Agreements (MSA), one with a major provider of mud services for the
drilling and exploration industry and two with oil and gas exploration
companies.  These Master Service Agreements, signed in the past two months, are
one year in length and afford RDS the opportunity to provide services and
expertise relating to drilling processes in the oil and gas industry.  RDS has
completed two projects and is currently providing services for four other
drilling projects as a result of these MSAs.  More projects involving these
MSAs are expected in the coming months.

RDS provides a full suite of services inclusive of support personnel, drilling
muds, additives and fluids and solids control equipment to assist operators in
the oil and gas drilling process.  Drilling is the most integral step to oil
and gas exploration.  The process is diverse and complicated, requiring special
expertise in mud mixtures, pressures, bits, casing and other peripheral
necessities.  RDS provides technical expertise required to drill oil or gas
wells while maintaining compliance with federal and state environmental
regulations.
