CRYSTAL CITY, Texas, Jan. 5  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Ecoloclean Industries,
Inc.  (BULLETIN BOARD: ECCI)  announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary,
World Environmental Technologies, Inc., received a Louisiana Pollutant Discharge
Elimination System (LPDES) permit from the state's Department of Environmental
Quality (DEQ).  This permit affords Ecoloclean the opportunity, via its patented
electrocoagulation system, to treat and remove pollutants and minerals from
contaminated waters.  After Ecoloclean's electrocoagulation units treat the
contaminates, the water can be safely released back into the federal and state
waters.

The State of Louisiana and its DEQ, in conjunction with the Environmental
Protection Agency, is currently enforcing regulations regarding discharged
contaminates in waters in the State of Louisiana.  The State has issued LPDES
permits to entities that have the capability to clean and improve the quality of
discharged water and contaminates, and in turn is improving the quality of life
for its populace.  Ecoloclean's electrocoagulation units apply the latest
technologies to eradicate contaminates and pollutants that other water
filtration systems fail to remove.  Furthermore, the mobility of Ecoloclean's
units allows the company to service multiple industries and locations
simultaneously.
