Capital Sourcing 


CRYSTAL CITY, Texas, Feb. 23  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Ecoloclean Industries,
Inc. (OTC:ECCI) (BULLETIN BOARD: ECCI) , announced today the hiring of Terry W.
Gee as their Assistant Vice President of Capital Sourcing.  Mr. Gee's
experience and established business background will be a tremendous asset for
Ecoloclean Industries.  Mr. Gee spent his formative years in the Mississippi
oil fields as a roughneck and field hand.  He received his undergraduate degree
in Personnel Management and Public Relations from Louisiana Tech University and
obtained his Masters in Business from Loyola University in New Orleans. 
Subsequently, he served on the faculty of Loyola for seven years teaching
assorted Management/Behavioral Science courses.  Mr. Gee also has an extensive
background in various construction and utilities fields, which include his
tenure as Assistant to the CEO and Chairman of the Board of Louisiana Power &
Light for eleven years.  He was Executive Director of a large trade association
and is Managing Partner in his own consulting firm. Additionally, Mr. Gee
served as a Representative in the Louisiana Legislature for twelve years.

Mr. Gee's most impressive body of work occurred during the eight years he
served as Executive Director of the Louisiana Offshore Oil Port ("LOOP").  He
was appointed to this position in 1996 and under his leadership and guidance,
LOOP was developed as America's first and only deepwater port operating under
U.S. and Louisiana licenses.  LOOP provides tanker offloading and temporary
storage services for crude oil transported on some of the largest tankers in
the world.  Mr. Gee's working knowledge of Louisiana's government policies and
regulations will be invaluable to Ecoloclean as they expand and grow their
business.
