Ecoloclean Industries, Inc. Announces Cancellation of Letter of Intent

CRYSTAL CITY, Texas, Dec. 28  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Ecoloclean Industries, Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: ECCI) announced today that it has canceled its Letter of Intent (LOI) with Regency Energy, Inc. effective today.

ECCI President, Royis Ward, stated that due to the low price of its shares an acquisition such as contemplated with Regency Energy, Inc. would not be in the best interest of its shareholders at this time.  Therefore, with the consent of Regency Energy, Inc. the contemplated acquisition was canceled effective today.
