Dynasil Corporation of America (DYSL) will visit the NASDAQ MarketSite in New York City's Times Square to celebrate the company's first day on The NASDAQ Stock Market. As the result of six years of transformational growth, including revenue increases from $2 million in FY 2004 to $43 million in FY 2010, net income growth from a $0.2 million loss to a $3.2 million profit and diluted earnings per share up from an ($0.08) loss to $0.22 for FY 2010, Craig Dunham, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Peter Sulick, Chairman, will ring the NASDAQ Closing Bell to celebrate their first day of trading.
