( 1)	Effective on December 4, 2013, Voltaire Group SA, a company 100% owned by Mr. Pascal Node-Langlois, was granted options to purchase 450,000 shares each of common stock at an exercise price of $0.34 per common share, 150,000 vesting immediately and the remaining vesting one-third on December 4, 2014, and one-third on December 4, 2015, with a five-year life.
