Deltron Completes Design of Innovative Breathing Equipment, Expands IP Portfolio

Deltron, Inc. (OTCBB:DTRO) is pursuing patent approval for three new airflow components for its highly innovative breathing equipment. The Company has completed three designs for next generation hose configurations to be used in closed-circuit rebreathers, and is preparing documentation to apply for patents from the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Deltron is engaged in building a valuable intellectual property portfolio around its breathing technology, and believes its design expertise provides the Company with a significant competitive advantage in the growing market for rebreather equipment.

Blu Vu Deep Oil and Gas Exploration, Inc., a division of Deltron, designs and develops proprietary closed-circuit rebreathers and components for deep sea oil & gas exploration, commercial and recreational diving, and life support systems for mining, search and rescue, fire, building safety and hazardous materials applications. As part of its product development efforts Blu Vu has invented new hose configurations to optimize the flow of breathing gases during extended diving sessions and at greater depths.

Deltron’s legal evaluation of the originality, applicability and potential for acceptance of the new designs has been completed. Once the patent application documentation is prepared, Deltron will submit it to the Patent and Trademark Office.
