Company Launches "Equip. Educate. Empower!(TM)" Campaign
Data Evolution Holdings, Inc. (PINK SHEETS: DTEV) announced today
that it's wholly-owned subsidiary, Data Evolution Corporation, will be
exhibiting at the 2005 National Education Computing Conference (NECC)
in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, which runs from June 28-30, 2005. NECC
2005, the largest and most comprehensive educational technology event
in the world, expects in excess of 18,000 attendees.
The Company's primary computer hardware offerings, the Cathena(TM)
and the Clio(R) NXT(TM), will be on display in the Company's booth,
#822, the Microsoft Corporation booth, #900, and the Windows Mobile
Solution Center, #826.

The Cathena(TM), which is targeted specifically to the K-12
education market, is a Windows(R) CE(R) .NET(TM) notebook computer
with a 12.1", 800x600 resolution, full-color TFT display, a 400 MHz
Intel XScale processor, an integrated nearly full-sized keyboard, a
touchpad mouse, numerous in/out ports (two USB, audio in and out,
compact flash slot, PCMCIA slot, and VGA out), built-in 802.11b
wireless, and a lithium ion battery. The unit measures approximately
10.7"x 9.1"x 0.95" and weighs approximately three pounds.
The Clio(R) NXT(TM) utilizes the award-winning SwingTop(R) design
and offers features such as a near full-sized keyboard, built-in
802.11 wireless, a 10.4" screen, a 400MHz Intel XScale processor and
in/out ports, such as USB, multiple memory slots, audio and video out.
The NXT runs Microsoft's(R) Windows(R) CE .NET(TM) 4.2 Professional
operating system.
