Dorato Grants 1.9 million Stock Options

  Dorato Resources Inc. ("Dorato" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: DRI)(OTCQX: DRIFF)(PINK SHEETS: DRIFF)(FRANKFURT: DO5) announces that, Pursuant to its 2009 Incentive Stock Option Plan, Dorato has granted incentive stock options to certain directors, officers, employees and consultants allowing them to purchase up to an aggregate of 1,900,000 common shares in the capital stock of the Company. The options are exercisable at a price of CAD 0.85 for a period of two years ending May 27, 2012.
