Item 3.01 Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard; Transfer of Listing.

 

Diego Pellicer Worldwide, Inc. (“Registrant”) received notice from OTC Markets on December 1, 2020, that its common shares will be moved from the OTCQB to the Pink platform on December 2, 2020 for a bid price deficiency: Registrant’s proprietary priced quotations, as published by a Market Maker in OTC Link ATS, failed to maintain a closing bid price of at least $0.01 for a 30 consecutive calendar day period.
