Remarks: Mr. Redding became a Director of the Issuer on July 7, 2006. Prior to that, he was issued 152,135 shares on September 7, 2005 and 250,000 shares on November 15, 2005. Mr. Redding is the President, CEO, a Director and the owner of approximately 80% of the capital stock of Encapsulation Systems, Inc. ("ESI"). The 16,687,377 shares held of record by ESI were issued on July 28, 2004; however, neither ESI nor the Reporting Person had voting or dispositive power with respect to such shares until February 28, 2007, because such shares had been held in escrow from issuance until such date.
