Degama Software Solutions, Inc. Outlines Negotiations Details Toward Profitable Partnership

Degama Software Solutions, Inc. (Pink Sheets:DGMA) CEO, Seijin Ki, is pleased to announce progress in its discussions with a prominent Software App Marketing and Advertising Company in India, to be named upon final Agreement. "We are very happy with the proceedings thus far and feel a mutually beneficial arrangement is imminent," says Ki.

The firm, as per verbal agreements over the weekend, will begin selling Degama Software Solutions proprietary licenses to Regional licensees beginning with Southeast Asia and including an attractive revenue share for Degama.

The agreement also includes an initiative to secure advertising contracts ranging from Local to Global, giving advertisers rich target market opportunities, particularly with the VascoNow™ social networking and Smartphone App.

"Industries such as Hospitality, Travel and Tourism greatly benefit from an audience reach inherent to VascoNow™," states Ki. "These industries are willing to pay top dollar to gain access to this market and both companies are in agreement this will be a collective win in implementing ads and coupons that our users would find useful. Again, this also provides a tremendous 'sticky' factor for our software in user attraction and retention."

Another major point discussed to be of major benefit for Degama is that the Indian based firm would bring forth additional software developers to streamline expansion of product enhancement and delivery. Degama would retain the rights to the Software and share future revenues with the firm as the Apps generate revenues.

"This enables Degama to develop a greater number of Apps with multiple, cutting-edge features while retaining in-house IP for overall brand equity, meanwhile, collective revenues will be immediately available from additional outlets, without having to outlay large sums of money to set the plan in motion," adds Ki. "All the points discussed to both parties' satisfaction potentially creates increased profitability for Degama like never before. We are excited to finalize the agreements and are confident that we will secure the deal by end of week."
