Dyna Group International, Inc. (Pink Sheets:DGIX) announced today
sales for the 3 months ended March 31, 2007, increased $153,883 or 4.3%
as compared to the 3 months ended March 31, 2006. This increase
in sales is attributed mainly to a 64% increase in MLB sales as compared
to 1st quarter 2006. Net
profits decreased $16,667 or 10.9% as compared to the 3 months ended
March 31, 2006. Profits were affected by the rising cost of
pewter which was $5.73 average per pound for 2007 compared to $3.80 in
2006 and increase in NFL royalty expenses. Selling costs were
significantly lower 1st quarter
2007 compared to 2006 due primarily to the reduction in trade shows
attended. General and Administrative expenses were up by $53,207
for the 3 months ended March 31, 2007 as compared to the 3 months ended
March 31, 2006, reflecting an increase in bad debt expense.
