stated today: The Baja Pacific Mexico Iron Mining Project is scheduled for
2010 production. The holiday delays have passed and Mexico is back to
normal business. The CWRN team is scheduled to return to Baja in mid
February, and management will finish up all outstanding issues regarding
rights of way and mine access, permits cannot be issued until the access
rights agreement have been settled with the land owners. Many of the
company's shareholders have enquired for a specific production date, the
company can only give a target date as near to as possible. Anticipated
production will follow within 90 days completion of all government approved
