ROCHESTER, N.Y., April 5  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Communication Synergy
Technologies Inc. (ComSynTech) (OTC:CSYT), a business solutions company,
announced today a national distribution agreement with Merry X-ray Corporation
of San Diego to sell its MedSynTech InFORM(TM) Radiology Information System
(RIS) throughout the United States.  MedSynTech is a wholly owned subsidiary of
ComSynTech.

Corporation provides access to the radiology market through a channel partner
that has achieved national recognition for service and quality. As the largest

Healthcare Distributors, Merry X-ray will broaden exposure for our RIS."
