Communication Synergy Technologies Inc. Announces Venture Capital Investment with the Trillium Group to Expand Market Presence

ROCHESTER, N.Y., Nov. 21  /PRNewswire/ -- Communication Synergy Technologies Inc., (ComSynTech) (CSYT) a developer of document management solutions, announced today investment from the Trillium Group, a private equity firm, to fund acceleration of its product development and commercialization.

The Trillium Group, also located in Rochester, has agreed to provide investment capital from its University Technology Seed Fund. The fund was specifically developed to support promising ideas and product concepts requiring capital prior to full commercialization.

According to ComSynTech CEO and founder Dr. Seth Borg, "Our relationship with the Trillium Group brings the resources we need to finalize our commercialization programs and is a logical step in developing relationships necessary to speed our products to market."

Trillium's funding support will be focused on two of ComSynTech's products:  The InFORM(TM) Radiology Information System (RIS) for integrating and automating radiology and diagnostic imaging center workflow, and the Document Vault which delivers a scalable and fully automated document archiving process eliminating reliance on originating software or hardware.
