CSI Board Declares Cash Dividend

PADUCAH, Ky., May 14, 2013

PADUCAH, Ky., May 14, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) (OTCQX: CSVI) announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of 14 cents per share.  The quarterly cash dividend is payable on June 25, 2013, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 3, 2013.

"CSI's cash dividend of $0.14 per share represents a 12% increase in the cash dividend paid compared with the dividend payment last year," stated Chief Executive Officer Steven A.
