Creston Resources Announces Special Shareholders Meeting

Board of Directors has scheduled a special shareholders meeting for Friday,
June 5, 2009, at 10:00am MDT at 5350 South Roslyn Street, Suite 400,
Greenwood Village, CO 80111.

The purpose of the special meeting is to approve the sale of a portion of Creston Resources, LTD assets, to elect the Board of Directors, an authorization of the Board of Directors to approve a reverse stock split, and to approve the actions of the Board of Directors since the last scheduled Shareholders meeting.
