( 1)	Shouren Zhao directly owns 18.5 million shares of Common Stock, and indirectly owns 7.5 million shares of Common Stock in the name of his wife, Wei Chu Meng. He also indirectly owns 7.7 million shares of Common Stock in the name of his son, Ting Zhao, and 7.0 million shares of Common Stock in the name of his daughter, Min Yan Zhao.
