(1)	On January 10, 2022, the Reporting Person was granted an option to purchase 400,000 shares of common stock pursuant to the Issuer's 2020 Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan. The option vests annually in equal installments in the amount of 100,000 shares, with the first installment vesting as of the grant date. The options are exercisable for a term of six years.
