Corporate Universe, Inc. (COUV) Corporate Update

   Corporate Universe, Inc. (PINK SHEETS: COUV) announces that the negotiations with Tactician University had reached a dead end, and the merger with Tactician University will not proceed. Tactician rejected offers posed by the COUV management regarding and therefore the merger/purchase of Tactician University will not proceed. Following these negotiations, COUV will continue focusing on its main business - offering Transfer Agent services on the North American markets and seeking new ways of expansion on this market.

In other corporate updates following the recent forward split, the company is attempting to recover approximately 100 million shares to return to treasury from a complex debt swap transaction.

COUV management will keep all doors of opportunity open, and if a more suitable merger candidate/deal shall surface, the company will keep the public informed.
