LAKE MARY, Fla., Oct. 10, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Cognitiv, Inc. ("Cognitiv" / OTCBB: COGV), a behavior driven marketing firm, has appointed entrepreneur Craig Ellins to the company's top post. The company also has announced the completion of PCAOB audits for 2010, 2011, and 2012.

For over three decades, Ellins has honed his ability to spot emerging consumer trends, launch successful startups, and refocus companies to make them successful.

Ellins is a pioneer in shop-at-home and on-demand video industries.
