Cistera Networks Delivers Record Full Year Profit

  Cistera Networks® (PINKSHEETS: CNWT), a leading provider of enterprise application platforms and engines for unified communications, announces reported record results for Full Year ended March 31, 2011 (all figures in U.S. dollars and U.S. GAAP except EBITDA).

Net operating income for the full year was $0.417 million, compared with $0.038 million loss for the same quarter last year. Net income for the full year was $1.634 million or $0.08 per share inclusive of taxation reserve. Revenue for the full year was $2.4 million, up 5% from $2.3 million for full year ending March 31, 2010.

Revenue for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2011 was $0.431 million, down 15% from $0.51 million from the same quarter of last year. Net Income for the fourth quarter was $0.051 million up from a $0.29 million loss for the same quarter last year.
