On September 11, 2024, Community Bancorp. announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.24 per share payable November 1, 2024 to shareholders of record on October 15, 2024.  The Company’s press release dated September 12, 2024 is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report, and incorporated herein by reference.
