On September 21, 2023, Community Bancorp. announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.23 per share payable November 1, 2023 to shareholders of record on October 15, 2023.  The Company’s press release dated September 21, 2023 is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report, and incorporated herein by reference.
