EARTH LIFE SCIENCES INC. (the " Registrant") is not in a position to file its Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2020 (the “Form 10-Q”), in a timely manner without unreasonable effort or expense. Additional time is needed for the Registrant to compile and analyze certain information and documentation to be included in the Form 10-Q and in order to permit the Registrant’s independent registered public accounting firm to complete its review of the financial statements for the period ended March 31, 2020, to be incorporated in the Form 10-Q.

 

Based on work completed to date by the Company, it expects to file the Form 10-Q on or before the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date.
