China Natural Gas, Inc. to Announce Its Release Fourth Quarter and Year End 2012 Financial Results on April 1

(PK: CHNG), a leading provider of compressed natural gas for vehicular fuel and pipeline natural gas for industrial, commercial and residential use in Xi'an, China, today announced that it plans to release fourth quarter and full year 2012 results on Monday, April 1, 2013, before the market closes. Management will hold a conference call on Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. EDT (6:00 a.m. Pacific) to discuss these fourth quarter and year end results.
