Conforce International Completes Financing

   Conforce International, Inc. ("Conforce" or "Company") (OTCBB: CFRI) (OTCQB: CFRI) is pleased to announce that it has raised a further US $1.3 million completing the second round of equity financing for aggregate subscription proceeds of US $7.5 million. The additional shares issued are subject to the same terms and conditions as those described in the press release disseminated by the Company on February 22, 2011. The proceeds will be used to fund the Company's EKO-FLOR™ manufacturing operations in Peru, Indiana.
