Item 8.01 Other Events.

 

On April 4, 2023, Clean Energy Technologies, Inc. reached an agreement with Cybernaut Zfounder Ventures, LLC to pay off the outstanding convertible notes in amount equal to $324,875 that were in default for a settlement amount of $200,000.
