SANTA MONICA, CA announced today that its in-house accountants have completed all of its financial statements to GAAP standards and that the Company will engage an independent auditor to begin the financial audit process for the calendar years ending December 31, 2006 and December 31, 2007. Following receipt of its audited financial statements, AEMC plans to file Form 10-SB with the US Securities and Exchange Commission to become a "reporting company," the next step in the process of becoming eligible to have the Company's shares trade on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board system.
