On February 17, 2022, B2Digital, Incorporated, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued press release which announced the acquisition of Spartan Fitness, LLC, in a cash and equity deal, to launch the Company’s full expansion into the multi-billion-dollar Jiu-Jitsu and MMA training marketplace.
