Item 5.02.  Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On May 5, 2008, Carl Langr, the Chief Financial Officer for Ballistic Recovery Systems, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of his resignation, effective immediately. Mr. Langr has agreed to assist the Company as a consultant while the Company searches for a replacement.
