Brunswick Bancorp Announces Key Additions

Brunswick Bancorp, a central New Jersey bank holding company, today announced that it has added the following individuals to its staff. They bring to Brunswick Bancorp years of experience in their respective fields.

MARK E. MEGEE * The Board of Directors of Brunswick Bank and Trust recently appointed Mark E. Megee as their Chief Lending Officer/Executive Vice President.

Mark E. Megee recently joined Brunswick Bank and Trust as the Chief Lending Officer, EVP in their New Brunswick Office. Mr. Megee previously was with Community First Bank as their Senior Loan Officer and was also with Unity Bank, The N.J. Economic Development Authority, and First Washington State Bank. He has over twenty five years banking experience in the NJ Commercial Real Estate market.

The Bank is headquartered in New Brunswick, NJ with six branch offices in Middlesex and Monmouth Counties. Mr. Megee's strong lending/credit experience and leadership skills will be instrumental in assisting Brunswick Bank and Trust to continue its growth in central New Jersey.

TIMOTHY J. CARUSO *– Brunswick Bank & Trust is pleased to announce the addition of Timothy J. Caruso, VP to its lending staff. Mr. Caruso comes to the Bank with 20 plus years of lending experience. Mr. Caruso will head up the Regional Commercial and Construction Lending Group located in the Freehold Office (Monmouth County). Mr. Caruso was formerly with the NJ Community Bank and Sun National Bank.

CARL CARABELLI *– Brunswick Bank & Trust is pleased to announce the addition of Carl Carabelli, AVP to its Loan Department staff as Loan Administration Manager located in the New Brunswick Office (Middlesex County). Mr. Carabelli comes to the Bank with fourteen years of experience in loan administration with Community First Bank in Somerset, NJ, and Roma Bank (now Investors Bank) in Robbinsville, NJ.
