Item 5.02.

Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Officers.

Resignation of David Racz

 

Effective September 21, 2020, David Racz resigned as a Member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Racz did not indicate that his decision to resign was a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
