Banyan Corp's Chiropractic USA, Inc. Starts Training Program for New Licensees

  
    
  
  
    
      Banyan Corporation (OTCBB:BNYN), announced its subsidiary, Chiropractic 
      USA, Inc. has entered a Training and Licensing Agreement with 
      Chiropractic Coaching, Inc. (“CCI”), 
      to develop the Chiropractic USA brand pursuant to a new “licensee” 
      program, and to provide system wide training and support for 
      Chiropractic USA franchisees and licensees. The national training 
      program, to be held in Phoenix, Arizona this weekend is expected to draw 
      150 participants, about one-third of the participants are prospective 
      licensees. The program calls for CCI to license 50 licensees by the end 
      of the first year. This would generate significant fees for both CCI and 
      Chiropractic USA.
    
    
      Michael Gelmon, CEO of Chiropractic USA stated: “By 
      making Chiropractic USA brand more accessible, we are attracting 
      increasing numbers of Chiropractors to our licensing program. We are 
      very excited to have CCI as our new partner taking a fresh and unique 
      approach to developing our brand. We expect this initiative to 
      significantly grow our system over the next 5 years, adding at least 50 
      new Chiropractic USA licensees per year, although we envision much 
      greater growth. In addition, CCI has undertaken the entire Chiropractic 
      USA training and support function as part of this agreement. Not only do 
      they help in increasing our revenues, but this also significantly 
      reduces our operational expense on a going forward basis.”
    
    
      CCI has been successfully testing this program since November 2007 and 
      has already signed 16 new clinics as licensees of the Chiropractic USA
