Blackhawk Bancorp, Inc. (OTCBB: BHWB) reports that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend on the Company’s common stock. Shareholders of record on February 13, 2015 will be paid a dividend of $0.02 per share on February 27, 2015. This amounts to $0.08 per share on an annual basis and is the fourth consecutive quarterly dividend declared by the company.
