Bergamo Acquisition Corp., Major New Announcement New Financial Arrangements

HENDERSON, NV is pleased to announce, the company has entered into and has signed commitment agreements with Ledgemont Capital and Westminster Securities Corp., a member of the New York Stock Exchange, in order to assist the company in securing the necessary working capital and capital necessary to complete the companies acquisition program. In connection with this program, the company has engaged a law firm to review all documents and contracts in the preparation of an underwriting agreement and has further has contracted with an accounting firm to conduct and review all of those documents, financial statements, etc. to enable the Corporation to qualify as a fully reporting Corporation under those regulations. The terms and conditions of the financing, as covered in the agreement, will be released with a copy of the engagement letter upon completion of the due diligence requirements.

The Board of Directors has approved & authorized the signing of all agreements. The company also wishes to announce signing of a settlement agreement with Platinum Funding condition upon certain payments to release the company from any and all financial obligations concerning Bergamo Acquisition Corp. and its subsidiaries.
