BGI, Inc. (Pink Sheets:BGII) today announced
unaudited earnings for the three months ended March 31, 2006. Net
income increased 188% to $448,720. Basic earnings per share increased
to $0.03 from $0.01. Revenue increased from $1,079,084 in the first
quarter of 2005 to $1,375,762.
Bill Schwartz, President and CEO commented, "This is the ninth
straight quarter of increased revenue and income. With the help of the
exciting developments in the Alabama sweepstakes market we hope to be
able to continue delivering increased quarterly earnings."
