("Britannia Bulk" or the "Company")(Pink Sheets: BBLKF) pursuant or traceable to the Company's Registration Statement and Prospectus (collectively the "Registration Statement") issued in connection with its June 17, 2008 initial public offering of 8.3 million shares at $15.00 per share.  The class action lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
