   Banneker, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BANI) is happy to see more of our investors and people of all ages following us on Banneker's Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube pages. We are proud to announce that all of our plans are coming to fruition along with achieving the realization of a mammoth brand power. We are also excited about the negotiations in relation to forming massive distribution lines for Banneker Watches.

During the month of June we have had two donation events go off without a hitch at Benjamin Banneker High School in Washington, DC and Polytechnic High School in Long Beach, CA all to the graduating seniors of The Class of 2010.

We would also like to notify everyone that there are several watch lines soon to be "In stock" on the web site. Banneker, Inc. has also upgraded to "Level 2 Quotes" on PinkSheets.com and is in the process of moving up to the Pink Sheets Current Information status to disclose all current information to shareholders.
