CANTON, Mass., Nov. 1  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Avitar (OTC:AVTI) (BULLETIN BOARD: AVTI)  will present at the 4th Annual PIPEs Conference 2006 being held in New York City at The Waldorf-Astoria Hotel on November 7 and 8, 2006.
