      relief, announced today that it has retained Livemercial, Inc. to create 
      a customized state-of-the-art web marketing platform for Avisana’s 
      infomercial products. The company announced plans for Livemercial to 
      host a new live 24/7 streaming digital video presentation of the Vibro 
      Shape™ massage belt infomercial and create a 
      customized virtual call center for receiving Avisana’s 
      Vibro Shape™ massage belt orders online. 
      Avisana’s agreement with Livemercial also 
      provides for access to Livemercial’s Total 
      Turn-Key Media Solution that generates infomercial product sales through 
      marketing to Livemercial’s database of more 
      than 250 million consumers and through other web media outlets.
    
    
      Avisana is planning a sales campaign for its Vibro Shape™ 
      massage belt that is designed to reach more than 100 million households 
      by airing infomercials on U.S. cable channels and major TV network 
      affiliate stations across the U.S. The Vibro Shape™ 
      belt is a scientifically advanced oscillating massage belt that can 
      deliver stimulating muscle massages. Avisana has a 28-minute long-form 
      Vibro Shape™ TV infomercial designed to 
      capture viewer attention and showcase the belt’s
