Home Health International, Inc. Finalizing Post-Acquisition Integration Plan

   Upon the completion of two recent acquisitions, Home Health International, Inc.'s (PINKSHEETS: HHII), management team is working to finalize a post-acquisition integration plan.

The Company's integration plan includes management selection, operational efficiency streamlining, communication strategies and systems synergy integration. The Company has already identified cost savings measures in both the home health care agency and the DME Company and plans to aggressively execute on the integration plan to take advantage of the savings expeditiously.

The Company announced yesterday that Elizabeth Velozo has been named President and CEO of the organization. She has extensive senior management experience with both home health care agencies as well as DME companies and will be updating shareholders in the near future on the post-acquisition progress.
