   Home Health International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HHII), announced today that is has completed its legal due diligence for the Mount Auburn acquisition satisfactorily and is now in the final stages of business review.

The Company recently signed an LOI to acquire Mount Auburn, a Medicate-certified Home Health Agency located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

The Company anticipates the closing of the acquisition to be within the next five days based on the positive results from the business review.
