ASCC Explores Ways to Leverage Apple Technology in New Products

The Aristocrat Group Corp. (OTCBB: ASCC) announced today that it will target mobile app developers for acquisition and joint venture that can help the company leverage Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL) iPad and iPhone technologies to deliver powerful new tools to women and mothers.

The assembled technologies that comprise the iPad and iPhone—including cameras, GPS locators, touchscreens and Internet connectivity—coupled with Apple’s App Store retail distribution model makes these mobile devices highly-sought, revolutionary products. ASCC is now exploring the development of mobile applications that could allow the company to empower women with innovative new resources.

“We’re envisioning new apps that allow women to track their progress on a diet or in their finances, or new tools that help mothers go food shopping for kids with food allergies,” said ASCC CEO Cindy Morrissey. “ASCC is looking for potential partners who can help us make tablets and smartphones the most powerful tools in women’s pocketbooks for achieving goals both large and small.”

ASCC is targeting technologies tailored to the needs of women because its research indicates that ladies control the majority of household spending. It’s estimated that Americans spend more than $80 billion each year on education, healthcare and products related to childbirth alone, and consumers are increasingly willing to pay more for premium services.

Mobile apps can potentially help ASCC tap into that enormous market.

“We want to work with applications developers in the early stages of commercialization who will benefit from our help in bringing their products to a global market,” Morrissey said.
