Arrow Updates the Funding Plans Program

The Board of Directors of Arrow Resources announced today that Newport Partners electee, a sponsoring partner in Arrow's prospective financing plan has informed the Company that the depository bank is reviewing all of its large transactions to assure that they meet Basel III Capital Requirements compliance.

Arrow feels this will be accomplished during the first quarter of 2014.
