TULSA, Okla., March 14  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Efficiency Technologies,
Inc., (EffTec), a wholly-owned subsidiary of American Resource Management, Inc.
(OTC Pink Sheets: ARMM), announced that it has released its EffHVAC boiler
efficiency management tool.  EffHVAC is a powerful, easy-to-use, Internet-based
chiller and boiler efficiency and trending tool that affords facilities the
ability to document, monitor, evaluate and manage chiller and boiler system
performance.  It is estimated that there are over 200,000 commercial boilers in
the United States alone, almost double that of commercial chillers.
