Efficiency Technologies, Inc. Becomes ENERGY STAR(R) Partner
TULSA, Okla., Dec. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Efficiency Technologies, Inc. (EffTec)
has developed a powerful, easy-to-use, Internet-based chiller efficiency and
trending tool called EffHVAC(TM) that affords facilities the ability to
document, monitor, evaluate and manage chiller system performance, which has
qualified for ENERGY STAR status. ENERGY STAR is an Environmental Protection
Agency (EPA) and Department of Energy (DOE)-backed program helping businesses
and individuals protect the environment through superior energy efficiency.
Becoming an ENERGY STAR partner allows EffTec numerous opportunities to
increase awareness of the EffHVAC service.
As a result of the approval, EffTec will use the ENERGY STAR and ENERGY STAR
partner branding identity on its Web site, marketing literature, stationery and
the EffHVAC chiller efficiency tool. ENERGY STAR recognition lends credibility
that EffTec and EffHVAC meet the ENERGY STAR guidelines for energy efficiency
products and services. EffTec will be listed in the ENERGY STAR Service and
Product Provider Directory. Becoming an ENERGY STAR partner aids in marketing
to over 1,450 ENERGY STAR labeled buildings that are committed to investing in
energy efficiency products and services. EffTec will submit energy efficiency
case studies and articles for publication on the ENERGY STAR Web site. EffTec
and its customers now have access to the ENERGY STAR Guidelines for Energy
Management, Tools and Resources and Financial Value Assessment calculators,
aiding in the justification of energy efficiency programs.
