The Registrant is unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2016, within the prescribed time period because the Registrant has not completed all of the information necessary to complete the Form 10-Q and the Registrant’s independent accountants need to finish their review of the Registrant’s financial statements for the quarter ended March 31, 2016.

The Registrant expects to report revenues for the three ended March 31, 2016, of approximately $140,000. Its revenues for the three months ended March 31, 2015 were $270,726. Its net loss for the three months ended March 31, 2015, was $304,510. The Registrant expects to report net loss for the three months ended March 31, 2016, of approximately $350,000. The primary reason for the increase in net loss relates to decreases in realized commodity prices.
